"Ingat" ("take care" or "be careful" in Tagalog) is the inspiration behind this tangy, earthy, and floral tisane. With a base of ginger root from the Province of Batangas, Philippines, and sweet-sour kumquat, this herbal tea reminds us of salabat, a traditional Filipino herbal tea, with a touch of old-fashioned lemon drops.
Ingredients: ginger root, dried kumquat, lemongrass, Makrut lime
Hand-blended in small batches in the PARU Tea Lab in San Diego.

This is one of my favorite teas! Ingat is a subtle ginger herbal tea with notes of citrus. It's flavorful and calming. Sometimes ginger teas can be too strong, but not this one, not even if I over-steep it. It's just delicious!
This is a delightful herbal blend perfect for the summer months. It's yummy warm, and I'm looking forward to trying this cold as well!
