Inspired by our founder Amy’s memory of sweet Vietnamese summer desserts, chè ba màu or “three color dessert.” This blend is made from Assam wild green tea from Chiang Rai. It is roasted together with sweet sticky rice, creating a baked waffle-like flavor with pandan leaf, coconut, and jujube. Comes with a recipe card with 2 special treats to make with this tea!
