A "super" tea originally developed in Japan, this oolong is flushed with nitrogen to increase gamma-Aminobutyric acid (GABA) levels, which is known for its calming properties. This process also produces a deep honey-like brew. Rinse tea leaves with heated water prior to steeping. Good for up to 8 infusions when prepared Gong Fu style.
