Collection: SUZUKI TEA FARM
The Suzuki Tea Farm in Shizuoka, Japan is immersed with fresh running streams and dense fog that create a desirable environment for tea. Their black tea is grown from tea seeds (“zairai”) that were planted over 80 years ago. Unlike tea from cuttings, growing from fruit allows the roots to grow straight into the earth, producing a tea rich in minerals.
