The butterfly pea flower is a favorite. It’s difficult to find one that is sourced organically, so I was grateful to find it here.
Produces beautiful blue tea, which turns purple when acid is introduced. There is not much taste, so this is something you should only be using for the color. My friend bought it and was disappointed because she didn't realize there was not a lot of flavor. She gave it to me since I am more likely to bake or experiment with it. The only reason I took 1 star away is that I'm not sure why the price is so high compared with other sellers elsewhere.
