Made with Uji matcha or hojicha (roasted green tea), plus beet sugar and Hokkaido milk, this jam will make a delightfully sweet addition to toast, crackers, or ice cream.
Enjoy as a creamy spread or as a dip. For the latter, simply heat in the microwave for 10–15 seconds. Refrigerate after opening.
