Mi Lan Xiang ("Honey Orchid aroma") is cherished for its luscious flavor profile, and this particular run is compressed into miniature coins for simple brewing. Rinse coin with spring or filtered hot water prior to brewing. Steep each coin minimum of four times when brewing Gongfu style.
For a lighter brew, use half of the coin (Rosewood Tea Knife recommended for breaking in). For a fuller brew, use full coin. Rinse with boiling spring or filtered water, then steep for up to 15–30 seconds or until your preferred strength. Good for multiple steeps.
Note: We worked with our producers to custom roast these at 40%, and we're so excited for you to get steeping!
