Tea aged in a double barrel rum from Seven Caves Spirits
We aged one of our all time customer favorites, Milk Oolong for 35 days in an oak rum barrel from Seven Caves Spirits, a San Diego small batch distillery dedicated to a “grain to glass” ethos. Made with high elevation oolong from Alishan, the infusion with the rum accentuates the natural "peaches and cream" sweetness to the tea with top-shelf rum.
Tasting Notes: ripened peaches, brown sugar

This is my favorite of the teas that are aged in the Seven Caves rum barrel! It has peachy notes and although it is delicious either hot or iced, I prefer drinking this iced.
