Meaning "light of the morning dew," this Tsuyuhikari sencha has a bright green hue and delicate floral notes reminiscent of early spring. Although sencha is Japan's most popular green tea, this expression is made from the rare Tsuyuhikari hybrid cultivar—a cross between Shizu-7132, known for its cherry blossom aroma, and Asatsuyu, often called "natural gyokuro."
