Collection: MATCHA
Our matcha collection is for matcha drinkers of all levels, including those who are new to matcha and those who have been enjoying it for years.
If you're looking for something unique, we recommend trying our house-milled matcha. We have an in-house ishi usu (stone mill) from Kyoto, which slowly mills fresh matcha. Made from a blend of two cultivars, Okumidori and Samidori, this matcha is distinctively nutty and herbaceous. Our house-milled matcha is best enjoyed the traditional way — with just hot water. Grown and milled in Kyoto, our 10K Ceremonial Matcha is also great for this purpose. For those who prefer matcha lattes and baking with matcha, we recommend our premium-grade matcha.
Fun fact: Did you know that "premium" and "ceremonial" naming conventions aren't typically used in Japan? These grades are used internationally to help matcha drinkers understand the different uses.
