A "super" tea originally developed in Japan, this oolong is flushed with nitrogen to increase gamma-Aminobutyric acid (GABA) levels, which is known for its calming properties. This process also produces a deep biscuit-like aroma, sweet-tart taste, and clean, mineral-like finish. Rinse tea leaves with heated water in vessel prior to steeping. Good for 6+ infusions when prepared Gong Fu style.
