    Thank you for making me discover the world of cold brew tea. I am enjoying the experience. Plus, I am really liking the “delicacy” of a cold brew tea. Sweet Rice Oolong 12 is still my favorite so far.

    With the full understanding that tea blends are different from purveyor to purveyor, I found your "Sweet Rice Oolong 12" much too light on the khao hom, and I will not be reordering. I was previously gifted "Thailand 'Jin Xuan' Sticky Rice Oolong Tea" from What-Cha, so that is my baseline for comparison. As for your online service, it was fast, efficient, and the handwritten note a very nice touch.
