Best Matcha in U.S.

After years of drinking Matcha and ordering it from Japan, I’ve been on the hunt for a high-quality Matcha here in the United States. My search ended when I discovered Paru Tea Shop in San Diego, offering Ceremonial Grade Matcha. I’ve been drinking Matcha for a long time, usually twice a day, and I’ve tried many places across the US, but none matched the quality I found in Japan—until Paru. If you’re in the area or looking to try a reliable ceremonial-grade Matcha, I suggest starting with a container from Paru Tea Shop. If you decide to try it, come back and share your experience with me. Thanks!

so good...

This has a wonderful almost floral aroma, and the flavor is smooth and mellow as well. Caffeine content is moderate so no jitters... :)

Hidden Treasure!

This oolong is an absolute gem. When you smell the dry leaves, you can barely get a hint of the flavor. But as soon as you pour hot water over them, they release a warm, sweet, creamy, and slightly nutty aroma. The flavor of the tea is perfectly cozy. It gives me the same comforting feel I get from hojicha. The flavor is mild, there is no bitter notes or sharp notes. But don't let mild scare you off. It is absolutely robust and well-rounded, in a very gentle way. 10/10.

A wonderful dark oolong! I found some similarities to Suzuki's Wakoucha as almost a lighter black tea. Very different than the lighter Oolongs like Tieguanyin, but delicious.
