Inspired by the beloved Vietnamese dessert Bánh Kẹp Lá Dứa (pandan waffle), this green tea blend delights with a toasty Assam tea base from Chiang Rai, roasted sticky rice, and creamy coconut.
Enjoy hot or as a cold brew. For the latter, add tea to brew bottle (1–2 teaspoons per 6 oz water), fill with room temperature water, and refrigerate for 6–8 hours.

This blend is savory, full bodied, definitely something to sip slowly in the afternoon or evening. I enjoy it thoroughly. Rounded flavor, with a touch of heavy cream it’s delightful.

I don't know if I let it steep too long overnight but as a cold-brew, the roasted rice flavor was very overpowering. I thought it would be sweeter. This is still a really good tea, just more savory than I expected. It's good for after meals! Overall, Sticky Rice Pandan is my preferred choice between the two pandan blends.
This tea is easily the best tea I’ve ever had. So many complex flavor notes, it’s so delicious and you can definitely do a second brew. I’ve bought 3 bags so far and think I might need more because I never ever want to run out of this. Please never stop making pandan waffle!
