Princess Jasmine is made from wild-grown Shan Tuyết tea leaves that awaken from their winter slumber. Hand-picked in spring, these leaves are combined with fresh jasmine flowers from Hòa Bình, Hanoi, otherwise known as trà nhài, prized for their delicate fragrance and long-standing role in Vietnamese tea culture. Each flower is carefully picked in the early morning when its scent is strongest. Every step of the process, from plucking the tea and flowers to layering and scenting them together, is done entirely by hand, creating a tea that is as personal and thoughtful as it is fragrant and refined.
