Your Host
Takahiro ‘Uyo’ Okabe is the founder and director of ‘Encha’ Project, a Japanese tea brewing association that focuses on the art of brewing tea. He believes that the experience of drinking tea is enhanced by the heart of the brewer, just like coffee baristas for coffee and sommeliers for wine.
Uyo had produced tea-themed festivals in Japan, Finland, Denmark, and Taiwan and his passion is to develop and spread new ways of enjoying Japanese tea.
