Winnie Red is a wild-grown tea from the forests of Hà Giang, carefully hand-picked by members of the Hmong and Red Dao communities. After harvesting, the leaves are sun-dried on traditional bamboo pans for 32 hours, taking on a glowing red hue under the sunlight. They are then expertly processed by the Nguyen family, whose generations of tea craftsmanship bring out the tea’s naturally sweet, vibrant flavor. The result is a red tea that truly captures the essence of Northern Vietnam’s forested mountains.
