Matcha Sieve Set (60 g)

For all matcha lovers, the Matcha Sieve Set sifts your favorite matcha to prevent lumping when stored. Having pre-sifted matcha will help with getting the creamy texture and foam when preparing your matcha. One serving of matcha is about two scoops (~3.5 g) when using the included spoon.

• Remove the lid and place the three rounded sieve weights into the mesh.
  
• Add 5-6 spoons of matcha and put on the lid.
• On a smooth, flat surface, rotate the canister in a circular motion or from side to side to start sifting the matcha. You should be able to hear the sieve weights rotate as your sifting.
• Once you feel the sieve weights are moving more freely, slowly open the lid to check how much is left to be sifted.
• Add more matcha and repeat until your desired amount is sifted.
  

*TIP: try not to apply too much motion as small matcha spheres may form while sifting. Any vertical movement while sifting may cause matcha to spill out when opening the lid.
