IN-STORE | Chawan Experience

 

ABOUT THIS EXPERIENCE

During this casual experience, a seasoned tea host will prepare guests a bowl of hand-whisked matcha in an open setting in Bow Hall. Whether you’re new to tea or a longtime tea drinker, this experience is for you.

Walk-ins are available during normally scheduled shop hours and last 10–20 minutes, depending on how many guests join.

Pricing. Each chawan experience is priced at $10/person on a first come, first served basis. Feel free to give us a call during shop hours (858-750-3888) for day-of walk-in availability. 

Guest Arrival. Chawan Experiences are available upon the availability of PARU tea-m members during shop hours and the availability of Bow Hall. Blackout dates for Chawan Experiences may occur when Private Tea Tastings or special in-store events are booked.

Encouraging a Digital-Free Zone. During each session, we recommend keeping Bow Hall a digital-free zone. There will be time following the experience for guests to take pictures if desired.
