Sticky Rice Pandan, PARU Reserve

I went into PARU to get a couple presents for my boyfriend for valentine's day. I got the sticky rice pandan for him (which he loved), one of the glassware mugs that had a steeper included, and one of the bigger bags of hojicha powder to make hojicha cookies! I also use the hojicha powder for lattes, and it's super yummy. Not only was the tea and hojicha delicious, but I also received some help from one of the workers, Katrice/Catrice (sorry if I'm spelling it wrong!), to help pick out exactly what I needed! I was unsure of which tea to get and she actually suggested the sticky rice pandan tea, and even let me sample it in the store. Overall, I had an amazing experience and I'm sure to be back!

Really enjoying drinking this tea. It's taste is comforting and makes me feel like I'm on a cozy retreat.

This like many of their unique blends are really flavorful without being sugary or needing anything added. Paru never disappoints! Also I have found most teas can be resteeped at least twice and still flavorful. In the summer I would also do a third or fourth steep in a carafe overnight to enjoy a cold brew in the morning.

It smells good and tastes even better. I've tried it hot and cold brewed, and the coconut pandan flavor shines through every time.

I couldn't tell you if I tasted sticky rice but it's caffeine free, so drink as much as you want.
