Pandan Waffle, PARU Reserve

I really enjoyed this tea cold steeped- it has a warm bready, sesame, umami flavor that I've never had before in tea. Just a heads up- be careful hot steeping it; I overheated it the first time and it wasn't a good experience for me. I stick with cold steeping because I get better consistency and don't have to worry about overheating it. It was really great! :)

Their pandan waffle tea blend was so good both hot and cold-brewed. It was so creamy and refreshing. I love paru tea and these blends are so fun to try!

The staff at PARU are amazing. I came in alone and I was a little shy, but I really warmed up to the staff that let me sample different items and even let me sample the tea that I was looking at! I’m slowly cutting off my coffee to get into tea more and their knowledge and suggestions really helped me make that jump. I will definitely be returning customer and I even came back two weeks later with my friends to show them how much I loved it. PARU exceeded my expectations and I can’t wait to try another new flavor when I return.

So good! It's sometimes hard to find toasted rice tea, it's one of my favorites. I love the flavors on this one; the quality is excellent
