Loved this shop and tea

What a unique mix! It reminds me of brown rice tea, which is one of my favorites. The in store service was lovely and peaceful and brings me back every morning when I've been drinking it. Low caffeine which is great, and I love the details on the packaging including the best water temp and steeping period. Thank you Paru!

Great Corn Tea, Unbalanced Blend

Strong and aromatic corn tasting notes lend to a warmth of the body. Combined with the earthy notes of dandelion tea, this baked corn-wheat flavor profile proffers a grounding experience.

The robust corn profile overpowers the hojicha, however, supplanting the delicate chocolate tones of the roasted tea. Thus, this tea is pleasant, enjoyable, and well-meaning, but as a blend has lost its intent.

Pairs excellently with Yui's Hojicha (1:1 ratio).

Subtly sweet and earthy

The baked corn hojicha tea is really, REALLY, good. Warming, hints of sweetness and a toasty/earthier finish. This tea is excellent for mid to late afternoon when it cold and windy! Like it has been for the whole “year” of January here in Michigan lol
