Experience an intimate tea tasting with Amy, founder of PARU, inspired by spring in Vietnam. Guests will explore a curated selection of teas personally brought back from Vietnam, paired with a selection of Vietnamese sweets.
This 1.5-hour session offers a quiet, intimate space to savor tea thoughtfully. Each guest will also receive a small take-home gift—a taste from Amy’s exclusive personal collection, not available elsewhere.

Amy Truong has over a decade of experience in food, wellness, and culinary operations. Amy is a Certified TAC Tea Sommelier® and a certificate holder specializing in Japanese tea from the Global Japanese Tea Association. Amy founded PARU in 2017 and actively contributes to the preservation of Japanese tea culture as a board member of Tankokai Urasenke San Diego.
