"Ya Shi" means "duck shit" and refers to a dancong or twisted-style oolong cleverly named by the original farmer to help protect it from being replicated by competitors. Known for its prominent floral and almond-like tasting notes, the texture of this year's batch is especially tasty and reminds us of butter cookies.

My favorite yashi xiang!

Yashi xiang oolong is my favorite tea and this yashi cream from Paru really delivers a really good cup. The best part about this tea by Song Lin is that the fragrance is consistent and endures all the way up to 7 brews (probably more than that if I ever manage to drink that much tea). But this tea is not just floral fragrance but also has a delicate nutty flavor and honey-like aftertaste. I will definitely love to buy it again at the next season it's available.

Perfect cup everytime!

A perfectly balanced oolong: Light and airy, while at the same time bold and rich! I highly recommend trying this tea if you enjoy milk oolongs,
