White Moon is made from the highest quality leaves — one bud and the two youngest leaves — harvested from ancient tea trees hundreds of years old. The tea is slowly withered over five to seven days, allowing it to ferment naturally in the ideal environment without intervention, unlike other teas.
The buds lend a delicate elegance, while the next leaves add depth, flavor, and balance. The resulting tea offers a floral fragrance, rich sweetness, and a smooth yet vibrant character, evoking the freshness of spring grass.
