Grown in the Thai hillside village of Mae Salong Nok, this well-balanced oolong yields a golden color and complementary earthy notes of stem of broccolini and water chestnuts notes. Rinse tea leaves with heated water prior to steeping. Good for 6+ infusions when brewed Gong Fu style. Recommended for fans of Jin Xuan oolong tea—also called #12—which originated in Taiwan.
