The Yamashita family name is one that has become synonymous with gyokuro. Grown and hand-picked in southern Kyoto, this gyokuro is known for its crisp, clean, and umami flavor. The thick leaves allow for multiple infusions (two or four times). To enjoy, pour to the last drop, sip slowly, and let the liquor linger in your mouth for a few seconds.
